Who owns the footage and the final files?＋
You own the licensed deliverables outright. Raw rushes are archived for twelve months and can be handed over on a drive at cost. We do not hold footage as a retention tactic — repeat work should come from the last project being good, not from a hostage archive.
How do payments work?＋
A standard schedule is 50% to lock dates, 30% at the shoot and 20% on final delivery, GST invoiced. Dates are held only against a confirmed advance because crew and equipment are blocked out for you on those days.
